Our story

Ancient wisdom. Thoughtful care.

Vedakosh — a treasure of wisdom. We bring together Ayurvedic wisdom and modern science to create thoughtful personal care and wellness products for face, hair, body, baby care and beyond.

We believe self-care should feel joyful, not like a task. Every product should have a purpose, be thoughtfully made and be something we genuinely believe in.

Made with purpose

Products that have a reason to exist.

We don't want to create products simply to add another product to someone's shelf. Every product should have a reason to exist.

Our approach brings together the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda with the clarity of modern science, creating everyday care that feels thoughtful, effective and meaningful.

We believe in skin positivity, gender-neutral self-care and conscious choices for the environment.

Shruti Jain

Founder at Veda Kosh

Hello I am Shruti,

I grew up with nature, simplicity, and Ayurveda as part of everyday life. When I struggled with severe acne, I began looking beyond quick fixes and discovered a deeper approach to self-care through yoga, ubtans, and botanical ingredients.

That experience sparked a curiosity that became Vedakosh—a journey to bring the wisdom of Ayurveda into modern personal care.

I believe self-care isn’t about fixing ourselves. It’s about caring for the body that carries us through life.

“शरीरमाद्यं खलु धर्मसाधनम्।”

The body is the foremost instrument through which we experience life.

Care that means more.

Your skin isn't the story. You are.

Our aim is simple: to make everyday self-care more thoughtful, enjoyable and meaningful. We may not be able to change the world overnight. But we can begin with how we care—for ourselves, for nature, and for one another.

May all be happy. May all be free from illness. May all experience what is good, and may no one suffer.
